Your first membership payment will be prorated for the remainder of the month you sign up. Following this membership fees will be deducted on the 1st day each month.

No, we do not have sign up fees or transaction fees; our rates are simply a monthly fee plus taxes.

We do have holds for medical reasons, vacations, and financial hardship – please connect with us to discuss if you need a hold on your account.

We have multiple membership contract options – 3, 6 and 12 months are standard. We want you to stay and continue to train with us because you love it and you get the results you want! If you need to exit your membership we simply ask for 30 days notice.

Yes! We offer a trial of a free week of classes – please connect with us to get signed up!

We currently offer HIIT Group Classes, Forever Fit Group Classes (a combination of HIIT and lower intensity strength work), Yoga twice a week, and Accountability and Integrative Nutrition coaching.

Our current Zoom class schedule for HIIT Group Classes is:
*Monday – Thursday: 5, 6 & 7 AM and 4:45 & 5:30 PM
*Friday: 5, 6 & 7 AM
*Saturday: 7:45 and 9:00 AM

*Monday – Friday: 9 AM

We can tailor or modify classes for just about any fitness level! Connect with us and schedule your free 1 week trial – our coaches will introduce you to our workouts and help you feel successful from day 1!

Our current offerings are on zoom for virtual classes and will range from 5-20 people at a time. When we are able to offer in person workouts again, class sizes will be approximately the same – keeping with all state regulations.

We have bodyweight alternatives for all of our workouts so you don’t need anything but your body, a little bit of space, some water and maybe a sweat towel! We’ll also have options that include dumbbells, kettlebells, and bands – but if you don’t have those, you probably have a lot of items at home that you can incorporate to add resistance!
