HIIT Group Classes

30 minute Group Classes. HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training, which is working for short durations of time at a high intensity, alternating with periods of rest – but don’t let the high intensity intimidate you! We incorporate strength, flexibility and agility exercises in our workouts for a full body workout each class. Our workouts can be tailored to any fitness level – the important aspect is getting your heart rate up, your body moving, and having a little fun! Plus, classes are 30 minutes long, so you can fit them in your busy day!

Personal Training

Hour long, One – on – One coaching including strength, speed and agility work as determined by your goals! We will customize programming to meet your abilities and help you reach your goals. All Personal Training takes place outside of our class times so you have the dedicated attention of your coach, and access to all of our equipment for whatever your coach has planned!

Forever Fit Group Classes

30-40 minute Small Group Training Classes – a mix of High & Low intensity for members 60+ and those needing more individualized attention in their workouts.

We incorporate strength, flexibility and balance focused exercises in our Forever Fit workouts for a full body workout each class. We’ll perform a fitness assessment with you prior to starting classes to make sure these classes are the right fit for you!

Yoga

Our regular group classes focus on High Intensity and sweating it out, but we are fully aware that at times our body needs something more gentle – we are excited to offer Yoga twice a week!  Our yoga classes are great for all levels of yogis (yes – even those who are complete beginners!).  Kristen and Liz will work to help you find poses that work for you, to stretch and lengthen your muscles, and help center you.  Check out our Central HIIT app for the current schedule.  

Accountability and Integrative Nutrition Coaching

We’re excited to offer Accountability and Integrative Nutrition coaching for our members. While we love the challenge that comes with our workouts, other habits such as daily nutrition and sleep have just as much impact on our health goals as any intense workout we can complete. We are here to help you incorporate healthier choices into your daily nutrition, as well as work on other important factors such as getting adequate sleep and hydration, and staying accountable to the actions that will help you meet your goals. We know that no two people are the same, so your plan will be individual and customized to you, based on your history and personal goals!

Styku 3d Body Scanning

The new Gold Standard in Health Assessments, forget BMI and trying to manually take your measurements!  The Styku 3D Body Scanner takes a 3D image of your body, and analyzes it to provide you with your body statistics – including weight, measurements, body composition, assessments on visceral fat and more – in order to allow you to visibly see your progress, as well as more accurately track it!  This is a fantastic tool to help us as we guide you to reach your goals!  Appointments for the Styku Scanner can also be made by non-clients during our business hours at the cost of $30 / appointment.
