I started on a personal health journey to find ways to deal with my chronic migraines over 10 years ago. I found that consistent physical activity, and a balanced approach to nutrition and life has been the most effective remedy. This journey allows me to bring a high level of empathy, respect and understanding to working with you on YOUR goals! I love helping clients find balance in their busy lives, and to realize the inner strength that they already possess. Members’ feedback that I have helped them transform both physically and mentally/ emotionally in their health journey is THE highest compliment. My favorite exercises are a good, heavy Deadlift and Pushups – and I love a good heart-pounding “Met Con” workout!

Central HIIT was named because our amazing community is Central to our health, our health is Central to everything in our lives, and its a little shout out to my Central Illinois roots.

I joined Central HIIT in 2021 as coach. I started my fitness career later in life. In 2019 I made a major career change from an unfulfilling accounting position to follow my passion for fitness. I believe physical fitness is not measured by a scale. Performance, agility, health, happiness and yes appearance, non-scale victories (NSVs), are the best measurement of fitness. Some of my favorite exercises are those using the TRX straps and I can’t forget…blastoff push-ups. I currently live in Marlton with my husband and our two daughters. When I am not busy with coaching and parenting, you can find me restoring furniture in my She-shed…. dancing like no one is watching, and having conversations with my dog

I find so much joy in helping people work for their WHY through a healthy lifestyle in fitness, nutrition, and a positive mentality. Nothing makes me happier than celebrating those small victories together and seeing people achieve what they thought was “impossible”. I love motivating clients to believe in themselves and their abilities to work hard and live a positive, healthy lifestyle. We’re in this together!

Kristen graduated from Balanced Planet Yoga’s 200 hour yoga teacher training in 2020. Her practice started with mindfulness meditation in her early 20’s and she found so much value in finding peace in her mind that it only made sense to expand her practice with the body. She started practicing Bikram yoga and eventually found her flow with Vinyasa. Her passion is making the connection between mind and body and she is so excited to be able to share this practice with others. Her classes are all inclusive and her attitude is one of non-judgment and compassion.

Fitness and exercise have always been a huge part of my life. I began instructing group exercise classes in college then later added personal training. I love the HIIT classes because it is a good mixture of both! For the last 13+ years I have been fortunate enough to be able to stay home with my kids and I am ready to get back at it and help you feel your best! I love watching clients get stronger each and every week. My favorite exercises are the ones that work multiple body parts and I love using the BOSU to incorporate balance and core. Remember, you are stronger than you think you are! Let’s Go!

I grew up a year-round athlete. I absolutely love physical fitness and competition. It wasn’t until college that I really learned about weight lifting and exercise outside of a sports practice or training drills. That’s when I fell in love with it. I decided to get a NASM CPT and start trying to help others learn to love exercise. Work and life got in the way of that for a bit but I am so excited to be here at Central HIIT! I’m excited to be back on my fitness journey while helping others on theirs. I want to help show that exercise doesn’t have to be a chore; we can enjoy staying active and even look forward to it!

Even though I was a multi-sport athlete growing up, I didn’t truly appreciate the way my body worked until 2019, after I had my first child. Since then, working out and HIIT classes have become an integral part of my life. Whether it’s a small challenge I set for myself, or just a way to work off a stressful day, I have realized that incorporating a workout into my routine has had the most amazing physical and mental benefits! Being a member of Central HIIT has allowed me to create the best version of myself and that’s what I would like to give back to the Central HIIT community. Whether you’re a busy working professional, parent who needs to make themselves a priority, or new on your journey- my goal is to make you feel your best and reach those new levels!

Chloe completed her 200-Hour Vinyasa Teacher Training and 50-Hour Yin Training at Balanced Planet Yoga in Marlton. She started taking yoga classes regularly in college and found yoga and meditation to be some of the most powerful tools to manage stress.

She believes in the importance of taking time to connect with your body, breath and mind. She takes an all-levels approach to guiding students and focuses on making students of all-levels feel comfortable and confident in class (all while having fun!)

I have worked with personal training clients for a few years, and I am eager to join the team at Central HIIT. Growing up as a dancer, fitness has always been a huge part of my life. I started learning in high school that fitness goes hand in hand with mental and physical health. Through college I studied dance and kinesiology and I am continuing my studies daily in this field. Being that fitness has been a huge part of my life I love sharing with others the benefits it has and the ability to change your life. If I am not in the gym you can find me in the dance studio. You are your biggest competitor in the gym. Strive everyday to be better than the “you” of yesterday.

Ilana is a 500 hour registered yoga instructor and a 20 hour certified barre instructor. Ilana’s initial interest in yoga was piqued as a young child, as she watched her mother do yoga off of VCR tapes. Throughout high school and college she practiced yoga on and off, focusing primarily on running and powerlifting. Because of this, she is well-versed in many kinds of strength training as well as stretch and recovery techniques. Now, she enjoys Peloton spin and barre classes, and continues to take yoga and various strength classes at local studios. She is honored to be bringing her classes and expertise to Central HIIT!

I joined Central HIIT at the beginning of 2022 and instantly fell in love with challenging myself throughout each class. I have always loved working out, but found myself truly at home with an amazing community of coaches and members. This sparked the desire to pursue my Group Fitness Instructor certification and begin my career in physical fitness. I love working with members to help them grow and challenge themselves to meet their full potential! Nothing is more gratifying than seeing the recognition of strength and accomplishment on a member's face, especially after a difficult workout. Some of my favorite exercises are chest presses and deadlifts - pushing myself with heavier weights. I want every person walking into Central HIIT to realize their potential and enjoy working out for all of the physical and mental benefits it has to offer!
